Where I work, there are hundreds of flying rats, (gulls) screeching and crapping everywhere.

The angry birds are from Finland - and they are upset because their national team didn’t win the ice hockey this year too! (Their blue and yellow neighbours did)
Maybe continuous anger was imprinted in their genes before they are hatched.

I think they are recovering alcoholics, and everytime they go to the coffee pot, there are stupid pigs standing around talking about how wasted they got last night, drinking coffee and eating doughnuts. They always leave the coffee pot empty, and the poor recovering alcoholic bird can't get his caffeine fix.
Just one possibility of many.
