I received my order today from pingyi.co.ltd.
The cells are not WOW branded cells as advertised. They are instead Hi-Max 18650 2600mAh PCB
I will be contacting the company!
That sucks! I ordered myself a few too due to decent reviews.
I be-leave they have been renamed , so just a new wrapper , If I could be guaranteed a Hi-max I would order one for testing ... I might email pingy to see ...
Update / I contacted pingy , will see if I can get one to test ...

For WOW &HI-MAX is the some items ,just diffrent brand name.

For battery ,WOW & HI-MAX is both of our brand .It's all use same battery cell , just PVC logo diffrent.
HI-MAX brand is new brand of in our company ,
all of product we planning to use HI-MAX ,for ebay image .Please see our korea website for HI-MAX .http://www.hi-maxmall.com/
