Maybe... read this thread carefully to get an idea of what those drivers do right and what they do wrong. If you go by what it says on the Lightmalls page, you'll be surprised when you hook it up and find it doesn't output a constant voltage or constant current, it varies wildly depending on what string of LEDs you connect to it (lower voltage = higher current).
