Anyone know where the VP1 is in stock? - or at least an estimate of when it might come back in stock? Every site I’ve tried has them listed as out of stock or backordered

It will take some time before the product is sent. If you are not familiar with wallbuys, you can read up on them in other threads. Some people are not happy with them.

could someone explain briefly what those charging levels mean?.
say if I place an 18650 in to fully charge, how long in minutes would each of those levels take to charge?.
if anything else could be added, much appreciated.

Well, just divide 18650 or any other cell capacity. 2600 mAh / 250 mA = 11 hours of charging 0.3-0.5C charging rate is more than enough (i.e. 30-50% of total capacity. If your cell is 3000 mA, don’t charge it at more than 1500 mAh (50%))

You can always check my review for current settings and charge time (My curves show charge time in minutes).

As people have seen. The charger is now in stock. Unfortunately Wallbuys can not put it in their group buy in the beginning of next month.

Tsellers, are you aware those batteries are LiFePo4 batteries and thus should only be charged up to ~3.6 volts?

Aware: can’t see the switch nestled between the two batteries in this pic. That’s the reason for the LCD, once I forgot to switch it back to 3.6 from 4.2 and overcharged the cell, now I’ve got a visual cue to alert me. This particular setup only reads the right side, works for me. Thanks for looking out though.

I couldn’t stand to wait for the GB, so I ordered one. Now I just have to get more batteries to make it seem like I actually needed another charger. It’s like a flashaholic catch-22.
