Enogear sent me this light as a gift for helping out with their first giveaway. So it wasn't meant to become a full review anyhow, so I will just do a short show and tell.

Includes no strap, just a clip and a clamp for adding a strap. Packed inside a plastic case and bubble wrap.

Turbo timer?
Running a test now, and it doesnt have a turbo timer nor thermal regulation.
At start : ceiling bounce of 220lux
After 7 minutes it has a total of 180lux
I looked at the lux meter on and off, and the output declined slowly.
So it sagged about 20% in 7 minutes. (no cooling)
