Hm i can only see my transactions in my Paypal account. Since i cant upload a picture, i cant show it to you. But for me as a private person, i can only see this list. The transaction to Haikelite was successfully finished. All i can do now is to confirm my receipt of the flashlight with a little blue button. But since i dont have it yet, theres nothing for me to do here, right? Because if i click this little button, my buyer protection is gone for this case. And i dont want this.

Okay I am going to try again to explain this...

Dale and his team began processing all orders for shipping early yesterday... If everyone will recall I have said that with 500 plus orders it may take through the first day or two of next week to get them completed.

For now do not do anything on your own PayPal accounts... You need to leave your protection in place. Sp please do not do that...

Right now it is 4:00 AM in Hong Kong which and about 3:00 AM where the plant is...

Just simply leave everything as it is until Dale has either posted that all order processing is complete or until he informs me that it is. Most likely he will announce this himself...

Until all of the processing for shipping is complete if I start asking him to stop everything and begin looking for single orders to be sure they were not missed before everything is even completed yet this will wast huge amounts of time for really nothing at all...

The group buy has been closed for 4 days, processing for shipping began yesterday. It is not even close to time for any of us to begin to get concerned yet.

I know from being part of group buys in the past that this is much easier said than done but we must allow the company time to complete all of the processing before we start questioning if anyone has been left out or even what method of shipping was used. Haikelite is paying for all of the shipping and it will be different for each country and region.

Please just let everything run it's course which will only be late Monday possibly Tuesday at the latest and then we can make sure than no one got left out...

One other thing. There were also a couple of hundred orders in Asian regions along with our orders here so they are processing a massive number of orders as quickly as they can...

I have an order of my own that is shipping at this same time and it is 30 or 40 times larger than any of the group buy orders. And costing a great deal of money. But, I know how the process for exporting works and I know I will get my order.

They had to assemble these lights one at a time as each order processed because we decided to allow more options than any group buy that I can remember has offered.

I will call Dale later tonight which will be the early morning hours in China and I will have him address any further concerns about processing and shipping.

Cool info… we just want to make sure haikelite ship group buy first…

Hello everyone

We are packing all the packages. Everyone will receive the tracking code within 2 days.

As to the charging unit,we are not able to ship the charging unit with the light in time, since the anodising workshop have been off duty now.

All charging unit will be shipped separately after our holiday, which is at the end of Feb. Sorry for the inconvernience.

Guys I can tell you that our conversation tonight was very brief. They are extremely busy and he had very little time.

It’s good to hear from you Dale, and to know when the tracking numbers will start being sent out.

I can’t speak for the others, but from my perspective I am happy you have kept the lights as #1 priority and are not focussed on delivering the chargers together. I think anyone participating in this group buy must already have a couple of 18650 chargers lying around. I have 3 or 4, though none which double (triple) as a light and power bank.

Once you have this group buy shipped, you’ll have well and truly earnt your right to a proper new year holiday!

Haikelite has adopted a zero tolerance policy for any quality issue. Even if it causes a delay we would rather you get the product and it work as we state it will from the time you open the box than to rush into production and sales.

In the past there were also some after sales service issues. In my little branch that Haikelite has allowed me to take care of for them this will never be tolorted.

If you have an issue my phone numbers are listed on the website and you will speak to either my wife or myself. There will be times that voicemail gets the phone before I can pick it up if I am inspecting or packing.

But you will not be waiting days for an answer and when you get that answer it will be what is best for both you our customer and the reputation of the brand.

The days of hoping you get your problem with a light issue handled are over...

You WILL have that issue handled most likely by me personally.

Terry I applaud your and Haikelite’s approach. The only way to build a reputable product in this space is by starting with quality and iterating from there.

I’m sure they have similar plans for the rest of the world, but unfortunately as I’m living in Australia I won’t be able to personally take advantage of your dedication.

Oh my friend if I could afford the shipping to you beautiful country I would take it in a minute... Eventually The company will find someone with the same beliefs and approach toe customer service and you will have the same promise that I am giving customer here in the U.S.

LOL I have meetings set all day Monday for nothing buy arguing with carriers over shipping prices to Canada. I am former military so loosing is not something I am accustomed to lol... So I hope sometime in in this next month to be shipping to Canada.

You guys can always contact Dale directly and he may have someone there already and may still be negotiating. He did tell me to be sure to tell all customers to contact him if you were unsure where to purchase with the same or at least very similar benefits as we have started here in the U.S.
