Most of those were because they were simply shipping by country or they were next to each other on the list.
Trust me, lumintop is not playing favorites here, they don’t have a clue who or what the lights are going to. All they know is they pack them up and slap a shipping label on them.
I agree it is far from ideal but no matter what someone would not have their light right now, so if you had your light, someone else would be in your shoes. There is no perfect option here.
On the other hand, people who bought more GTs and at a higher price with DHL option are far more valuable customers for Lumintop than those like me who are waiting for one GT from the 111 group sent via registered shipping. Maybe that is why we have to wait so long, simple business math IMHO, although not fair at all.
Nah, this is not the case, Lumintop doesn’t even know who paid $111 and who paid $150. Neal handles all the money and just sends them a list of addresses that they need to ship lights to. I have seen the lists, there is nothing at all except the shipping and contact information for people, nothing about payment.
Correct, the only thing the first 555 got was the cheaper price, priority service was never part of the deal.
Although I can understand people being frustrated that it has taken so long. Trust me, so am I. I had hoped to be done with this whole project last year so I could move on to other things.
