Usually (as in every time for me but dunno about others) you can order the EU version and GB will throw in the US adapter.
I even ordered 3 cheapie go,comma usb chargers, and they threw in 3 adapters.
Ymmv.

As Lightbringer said, even if you purchase the EU version Gearbest will most likely include a plug adapter for US.
