No,But the German Shepherds I grew up would always run off once in awhile and when they came back they stunk of cow manure!
Capo[Huskies] have a very high prey drive, does not matter how big the animal is. After over a dozen murders of small animals[Groundhog/Opossum/Squirrels] I started feeling bad and do my best to put a stop to it.This is ALL done on a 4’ leash!! NEVER let a Husky off a leash[Prey drive and they are sled pulling dogs-runners].
One time we came upon a deer. We got closer and closer. Finally about 10 feet away and the deer tried to get up and CAPO grabbed the poor deer by the leg and started chewing on it! The poor deer was injured, that is why it did not initially run away.
Good job, man! Really appreciate all your videos! :+1: FT03 feels really powerful compared to stock C8, but it’s almost on par with your L2, but the L2 looks great with that warm tint.
Received my NW today, really glad to have bought one !
It’s the bargain of the year for sure, at 27€ it’s crazy !!
8,2A at the tail and 199kCd on mine, not too shabby
Now I want to try a 2mm² White Flat to see how it compete with my 470kCd Amutorch JM70 with that same emitter…
All we need now are some beamshots from a dedomed NW. Besides the increased throw, I would love if the tint gets a little bit warmer and the tint shift gets reduced or eliminated.
The led was a very tiny bit off. but it was caused by the solder joints. I made them flatter and now it is perfect. I used black Liitokala 26650.
Yes it has more intense spot.
I have another one on the way to me and I will try to put an Osram White flat in it. I hope for 450-500 kcd
My Eagletac M25C2vn has a smaller size head than the FTO3. M25C2 is 62mm, FT03 is 69.5mm,Again,those are the head measurements. Not sure about reflector sizes,In any event my M25C2vn T with Oslon throws over 550Kcd.
My L2 made 398kcd and my L6 made 524 kcd with white flats that is why I estimate this between those two. I don’t know what luxmeter Vinh uses maybe that is the difference but I think his cd readings are on the higher side a bit.
I have heard other people say that but I will disagree, this is why?
552Kcd=1485m/1625yds.
One of my targets is a water tower. Distance is 1787 yards or 1 mile 27 yards or 1634m. again, measured to go 1625 yards
I had my buddy stand at the tower as I tested this and other lights. He took photos .The M25C2vn T shed light on it. It is NOT suppose to go that far. was it ANSI,I do not know for sure but it certainly looks like it!. There is NO doubt it is at least 552Kcd.
CONTROL
M25C2vn T FROM 1 MILE 27 YARDS
Looks to me if I were up in the tower I could EASILY read a book! :+1:
My friend Bobs camera is better than mine. The only photo we took from the launch site was with the TN42vn 90.He took this after we were done all the testing. You can see the white water tower[little spec] at the end of the beam.
Yep, will be doing that FT03 should be here in a few days; I’ll swap it out and do some test shots.
I was worried that I’d bumped it while looking at it; the joys of having high-powered microscopes at work. Couldn’t get the Leica software to work, so this was an iPhone shot through the eyepiece
Looks like there is silicone remnants and silicone coating on the Phosphorus pad, I would fire it up with out the reflector in it, just to be safe, don’t want to smoke up the reflector.
