It’s odd how the wrapper states it is an 18650 on the main label but lower down it states made in Germany with Sanyo cell UR14500! I just found that amusing.

Yes, EnerPower had a typo on the label.
This makes it the smallest 18650 battery I have tested :

Good question, I can see in the Sanyo data sheet that they uses a 16mA termination, this will give a few mAh more.
They do also discharge down to 2.5 volt, but there is only a very small difference between 3 volt and 2.5 volt at low currents.
I do not know if these batteries maybe have some age on them and this has reduced capacity (Even a few month will reduce the capacity).

I do not like batteries, where there is a large difference in capacity, that shows that the manufacturer does not have control with the production.
And with LiIon batteries you do not want batteries from that kind of production line.
On Amazon they are €13.90 each, probably without shipping.
