Last time I tried something like that I got a message from PayPal during payment that I must enter a sum to be paid. Seems like it doesn't like 0.00$ items.
I'll try again...
(but it's really as Don said - they don't have them in stock. One time I noticed a multimeter for 0$, and they just updated its price the day after)
Well, against my better judgement I ordered the E11 and the E6. It only charged me $2.27 for "free" shipping so, we'll see. I hope it's not some elaborate scheme to snag my Paypal stuff.
LOL, hope you don't get a empty envelop. If 0.00$, they have every reason to come back and cancel the transaction. Wish it was 0.01$ (emmm its an error). Do you get to see the 0.00$ item( s ) in your paypal invoice?
Nope. Just a $2.27 paypal e-mail receipt so far. I'm hoping worst case scenario is either an order cancel or possibly a request to pay whatever their normal price is. If the latter occurs I will decide based on price.
I added them to my cart - but I don't dare pull the trigger - if it is not a mistake it may be a scam - either way I am pretty sure I am not going to get free lights and may get some kind of fraud attempt.
They are just updating their website and haven't put in a price yet or are out of an item .. leaving a zero is probably easier than removing the item altogether ..
Hope springs eternal ..offer to sue them or hit a paypal dispute and maybe you'll get your zero money back
I saw a website where the light was some odd low price too , when I put it in the shopping cart bingo 17.95 ..Ask yourself Why are you wasting their time and would you give someone a free light because they clicked on a link ?.. ..No way !
But a free Xeno Cube is soooooo tempting.... maybe consider it a high risk investment.... like a lottery.... which I do all the time ... it is called Ultrafire ;-)
