I have placed my last order with this troubling company. Tired of the lies and the excuses on what appears to me they just like to suck at either screwing up your order with another item that you didn't order or that they don't have what you order and then tell you 2 days afterwards that item is currently out of stock. I am done with this company that operates in such a screwed up way. To me, they just don't know how to run a business correctly by doing business the right way.
Now go ahead and run one of your super specials at pennies on the dollar. You won't get me to order from you again.

Absolutely 100% in the same boat as you are. They could offer a $100 torch for seven cents with free shipping and I still wouldn't order from them. I usually give a company a couple of chances to really ruin my mood with them, but this one is so bad that they get the one-strike and your out policy.
They could offer me a $200 HID light for free shipped to my door and I would say nope. Sorry. I would rather pay someone else $200 instead. That's my attitude now.
I have never bought form them before, and there are too many negative comments here for me to consider trying them out. There are too many other sellers to pick from, selling the same items at similar prices.
Been boycatting them since my first order took 4 weeks for them to tell me it was not in stock, and that was over a year ago.
I'm pretty much boycotting any Chinese company at this point, unless it is on ebay with good feedback. For some reason the ones ordered from ebay seem to actually be in stock and get shipped within a day or two, and delivered in about 2 weeks.
I avoid them in general but only until I see a buy I can't resist. I just got an iTP A2 EOS stainless steel for $19 and I got it in about 2 weeks from ordering. It's gorgeous and I got it for a steal.
Well I got my fake SkyRay 3XM-L from Dino-Defect today. I think it's a TrustFire tube painted over the white letters on the flat part of tube and SkyRay was added. It don't have the stainless bezel screw on like the real SkyRay.
Shame on Dino-Defect for even going there on this one. You guys suck.
I’ve ordered about a dozen times from them. It is really hit or miss. I did get everthing i ordered eventually with some struggle with one exception and they refunded me. I wouldn’t call them “crooks” based on my experiences but they are far from honest and will lie to to. I think mostly they are just a compleat mess and get things screwed up by accident and then try to cover it up rather than just fixing it. I dont think they do it on purpose so that is the reason i wouldnt go as far as calling them crooks. I wouldnt put it past them but i dont think that is their first intention.
Ordering from Dino Direct, Dealextreme, Kaiodomain and the rest is like fishing. Your in it for the long haul. Deals are there, rewards are there, you just have to be patient and persistent. Negotiating skills with customer service can be rewarding. You just have to play to win. Can't win any, maybe mail order China style is not your game.
I put my TrustFire Q5 5X led light beside it so you can see it's a Trustfire tube with some other bezel maybe a UniqueFire for all I know but it's very similar to a Trustfire but the flats in the bezel or smaller and more pointed.
And here you can see where it was painted over. You can read 900 LM underneath. There is a streak on the 3800 lumen side that looks like crap. Then on the other side there is SSC-P7 painted over.
Your talking to the wrong guy Willie. I'm done playing games and listening to anyone who is foolish enough to buy from Dino-Defect. They simply put are crooks. They suck. And they are deceitful and lie to their customers.
