Here is my experience with them:
I placed on order for Tiara A1 pro on February 7. It also turned out that there was a promotion so I got Partner Pro (which I don’t really need) for free. I paid $30 for DHL shipping from Germany with 7 days delivery time. For a week there was no progress and no communication from Armytek.
On February 14th I have contacted them and was told that it is out of stock in Germany and will be shipped from China “in the nearest time”.
Feb 18 (Monday): Seeing that there is still no progress I have contacted them again asking what “nearest time” means. I have been told that it will be shipped this week.
Feb 25: No communication and no progress. I am contacting them again mentioning that I have payed for DHL to get the item quickly and it is getting annoying. I am told gain that it will be shipped “this week”.
I am also getting in touch with Armytek here on BLF. I am promised to look into my issue.
March 2: No communication and no progress. I contact the CS again.
March 4: I also contact on BLF. I get a reply from CS saying that the flashlight, you guessed it, “will be shipped this week”.
March 5: I am finally told, both by e-mail and on BLF that the order has finally been shipped.
March 7: I get DHL tracking number
March 10: Finally delivered.
To sum it up (based on my single experience): shipping is terrible, customer service is OK, though not very proactive. They usually reply within a day Tue-Thu, they don’t reply on Sat-Mon. You have to keep an eye on your order because they won’t inform you if something goes wrong.
The most annoying part is that I chose them over other retailers because of 7 day DHL shipping.
