DHL is very picky here... I must be where it is being delivered...

I do not know of a reason why you couldn't...
The batteries will not be inside the light. This might lead to problems with shipping.
I think we should let Dale make that call...
In or out of the light the shipping regulations are the same. If there is a lithium ion cell of any type in a shipment it has to be noted. Most of the issues are more the country it is being shipped to than anything else.
