Woah 27 negative feedback in a month, after over 200 largely positive in the last year. Looks like he’s cashing out on a decent rep.
Better brush up on how to file a PayPal dispute. One of the sparse bits of praise I have for them as a company is the Buyer Protection thing means you should get your money back regardless of whether they can recover it directly from the seller. Which I suspect they’re going to have fun with…He’s probably frantically shifting it out of his linked bank account into one they don’t know about. I think that’s probably what the shipped parcels with the cheap item are about. You can file one earlier if they don’t provide proof of shipment…of something.
I actually already filed a claim, he hasn't replied though. So assuming he doesn't reply/I don't receive it I will be able to file a claim on the 8th.
The package is due to be delivered tomorrow though. I'm hopeful. :)

You should make a giveaway out of guessing the correct item. 
If a parcel arrives make sure you film it being opened.

Who knows? They called that big old package of batteries I recently received a ‘letter’ as well.
Perhaps its a scammer with manners. He takes your money but has the courtesy to at least send you a letter saying, “Sorry”, or a picture of what he bought himself with it.
The issue people keep having with cheap ebay hids, I hear, is either faulty batteries or ballast and not being able to get replacement parts. I hope for you guys’ sakes Patriot36 was wrong.
AND there’s no way to raise the blood pressure quite as fast and wondering if you’ve been had!
Even when I bought it I thought I may have been scammed... But the mailman still isn't here!
