Hello BLF!
When I just started here I created some ruckus about all those false ads and how vendors seemingly get away with that.
JoshK, fellow BLFer contacted me and we have been working on a project.
.
.
we strive to build a community and site/forum where people can find tips, tricks and share their experiences.
As you can see it is not solely geared towards flashlights.
Since both JoshK and me are BLFers is seems both logical and cool to share this here first!
We have worked out most of the bugs and now it is time to have some real users!
Because if we are the only ones now, well not much of a community
.
.
Please feel more then welcome to create an account and share your tips/tricks/experiences regarding online buying and customer support.
I placed this in the commercial seller spot.
LOL we do not even have the advertisings activated
Yet it is intended to have some ads running in the future, the costs for starting the South Dakota based LLC, bank account, hosting of the site and hosting of the emailserver are hopefully regained from advertisements in the future so commercial spot seemed the right place to share this with you.
If you see something wrong or missing, want to suggest thing, have ideas, etc, etc, please PM me on https://exposefalseads.com/

For the tech savy people, this is pretty cool stuff!
the forumsoftware is Discourse, exciting new software with some wicked features (for example do select some text from a post and check that little pop up for easy quotation of the selected text in proper format)
We have two droplets at cloud hoster Digital Ocean.
These are virtual SSD based servers.
we have the smallest one possible for a mailserver and a 1GB one for Discourse, running Ubuntu 16.04
JoshK worked a lot of magic to have Discourse run on the droplet since officially it requires more memory, but we try to keep the costs as low as possible so we can have it running longer before our LLC funds are depleted. This should give time to get things going and Digital Ocean makes it possible to easy scale up if needed and performance is dropping because of a lot of users beng active. This upscaling is a matter of a few mouse clicks and commands.
Very exciting, I have been active on many forums, but this Discourse is so interesting, like forums reinvented!
