wow you even have solder mask made for the boards. Cant wait to have mine, this is a second board from you Lexel :+1:
Cutting out was not so easy, I have already begun to drill the last 7+9 boards lineed up through holes in my vise and started to drill quite some holes to make cut out easier
Also found out that the cutting is quite bad for my saw blade, even hardened steel wears out fast
Used a Dremel to sand the boards round which goes quite nice
First S42 driver married with original piggy back board
and no more pink boards I had to use my Dremel to grind down 0.5mm from original diameter, as I have to cut them out anyways no extra work, looks messy on Macro but in real light does not make a difference
MCU of old is partial unsoldered so the breathing mode does not drain 1mA
downside the Charging indicator LED does not work, but it charges

Interested in an MF01 V1 board if it can be met:
NarsilM, 2S, SD=6V, PO=(NO), lighted side switch + 8 7135 for full 16AMCs
So that means protection current of 3v per cell, but it won’t shut off correct?
Will the indicator function as the Q8s? If not no big deal, but I’d like the side switch to at least stay lighted.
I would like a bypassed spring if possible.

LVP shuts down the light and put the MCU into deep sleep so parasitic drain in around 30uA
You won’t get side switch light function like with Q8 due to it being 2S. The leg of the mcu that would normally control the switch light gets used instead to monitor voltage.
You can still have a lit side switch, though. You will just need to wire it to a positive voltage source. You can wire it so both red and green lights stay on or just one or add custom colors. Then just break the battery connection to turn it off and eliminate all drain.
Alright thanks for clearing that up. No big deal either way I’ll play with keeping it constantly on as the drain on those LEDs doesn’t worry me.
you are wrong new design allows to use jumper pads for FET+1 so 2S can have LVP and indicator LED output
of course a full bank of AMCs has better stability for middle modes

it now supports both FET+1+indicator and FET+1+15 with 2 jumper bridged for solder bridges
Okay, it’s hard for me to wrap my head around, but that’s fine. I’ll just try to remember this is now possible.
