I also ordered the 5000k version (so now have the "6000-6500k" and the '5000k' version).
However, when I compare both of them, they look like the same tint!
(probably somewhere like 5700-6000k tint)

Most ppl say that the cool white looks warmer than 6000k but I wasn’t expecting it be pretty much the same! Did they send you the wrong one by accident?
The EC01 box label says “5000k” while the previous EC01 box was labeled “6000-6500k”.
My guess is the “6000-6500k’ is a bit warmer than 6000k (probably 5700k), whereas the 5000k is still the same 5700k… at least based on my beamshot comparisons.
Ask to match the color of the new green FT03.

Got my 2 today - smaller than expected, but that’s probably because it’s my first 21700 flashlight.
is it possible to get rid of the step from the highest ramping mode to turbo? I am used to get all the way up from my Emisar lights and the Q8 and SP36

Compared to a different XHP50.2 with 5000K, this one is much colder, but compared to a 6500k XHP50.2, it is slightly warmer. I would guess that it’s more in the 6000K range.
Ordered four more in 5000K.
I love this light! Amazing features for the price. It reminds me a lot of the Convoy M1/2 but with three times the output, a SS bezel, lighted side switch, ramping UI and USB C charging. I can’t think of a better deal right now.
Just ordered mine in 5000K, and also got a Vapcell INR 21700 4500mAh on its way.
