Also - probably more than I need but at 10% should be nice for indoor use, right about 50 to 80 Lumens ?

Actually 20 Lumens on Low would be better , but hard to find in a XM-L.

an XM-L is going to put out much more light then that

you might be better off looking at the solarforce with an XR-E emitter

Does Solarforce sell neutral tint XML?

a quick check of the solarforce site it does not look like they do ? there is this one Ultrafire Cree T6 Warm White but its a 5 mode but with some looking around you might be able to get some cheaper ones.
