DX has it marked wrong it's a 20mW maybe a little stronger holds up to my 7.62x39 recoil no problem. Fairly easy to zero, can't beat the price and no problem with customs because they marked it wrong.
I have a couple things i need to order from them this week, i will throw one on my list. how long did the S&H take?

You never know with DX anywhere from 10 days to 3 months I am serious.
There a re a couple things you need to know DX drop ships so they have no quality control. There were a couple bad write ups on this laser i have bought 3 so far 2 had the mount recoil springs misaligned.
Before you use this laser you need to disassemble the head the 3 screws are for sighting in the laser. You are going to remove all 3 springs they are going to come flying out at you so be careful. It is self explanatory how it goes back together the laser floats on two springs in front and one in back so the recoil doesn't damage it. It is a really nice design once assembled properly and adjusted something 7 year old asian factory workers cannot do.

Ruger Mini 30. They redid them with heavier barrels, they are much more accurate now. My old mini 14 had the narrow barrel in.223 and the new mini 30 7.62x39 is way more accurate, it is actually very impressive how much better the new ones shoot.
I don't know how I overlooked where you wrote 7.62x39...I thought it just said 7.62. Anyway yes the heavier barrel is what I noticed and the more curve to the magazine so I knew it wasn't .223. Nice rifle!!
