Thanks for all the great comments and pics...Im going to order maybe 3 from your suggestions, the Honest brand one, a Tri-S, and the blue one from Raccoons post. Look like a lot of fun, and neat little objects to have.
I bought a DJeep today, those are supposed to be nice quality... but not nearly as fancy as the other ones posted in this thread.
Thanks Vec, I just ordered it now, it was 3.20USD so not bad. Thanks for the link. I hope I get a sand/olive color one like in your picture...but any color is okay.
I am afraid that nine is also matte black in color, but if you have enough warm white LED laying around you make it appear olive. ;-) Sorry for the misleading picture... but I'm sure you like it anyway. (if you receive the same quality as I did)
oubo lighters on dx are of outstanding quality, nothing to compare with honest, that have an honest price but are not durable, just... maybe is a bit heavy for edc
This one is absolutely amazing it holds a ton of liquid and cuts through cans like butter. It's the one on the right in the picture above. It comes with a stand also.
As a general use jet torch, I use a similar as in E1320’s pic on the RIGHT.
Paid about 10$ some 5 years ago. In constant use when lighting up fireplace and candles.
Real handy if you need a flame for longer time, easy to hold and does not start to burn your hands.
I had to order a second one because my girlfriend kept stealing mine. It comes with the really nice carrying bag and you can take the strap off if you don't like it.
If you want to take the strap off turn it upside down and unscrew the bigger screw. The bottom pulls off which then allowing you to slide the strap off just make sure you keep it upside down when the bottom is off or all the pieces fall out for the switch and it's kind of a pain to get back together.
Strap removal is probably the first thing I'll do, so thanks for the tip. I usually buy cheapo plastic lighters, it'll be nice to have a decent quality one.
Hi Esrevenge...here is my little lighter collection. Although, my 8-1/2" tall super zippo is a bit large to put in my pocket, the rest do the job nicely.
This Zippo "Claudio Mazzi Eagle Flag" lighter is my favorite. The opposite side
of it and sides appear to be scratched, but what people don't realize is that it's based
off the Zippo Street Chrome lighter. So those scratches are supposed to be there. It cost me
$15.51 delivered and the other Zippo next to it in the first photo, which is the,
