Your best favourite Budget Light under 5 bucks :)

They are awesome and quite bright, brighter than my cheap aa light!

I took one of my $2.50 sipik clones and put in a $4 MXL-U2 NO MORE RING!!!

It probably won’t throw as far, but I don’t care. I actually like it now.

Would like to order a few to gift.
Thx

Nice to see they get regular use.
Some have clipped them on their access card lanyards.

Be good to the maintenance staff they might help you out in a bind!

Very cold blue tint.

Without a doubt:

The Super-Bright 7-1 - $3.30 at DX:

Generic emitter, but enough brightness for general use poking around inside PCs and getting around indoors at night. Small/pocketable like the Black Cat/TK 703 lights, clicky switch, and cheap enough that you don't worry about it getting lost/stolen.

This is a favorite price range of mine. Here are a few decent options that I own:

No guarantees at this price range, but I still think they’re worth a shot.

Tank007 makes a version of that light too. Forget the model name. They call it the TK568.

Where does one score these red buttons?
want

TK-568.

I have many of these small flashlight for me are robust and inexpensive. two years ago I did a destructive test with a good result:

^what is the brand/model or the seller where you purchased from??

These are very, very nice! Very well made as good as any top brand. Mine is a little blue/cold but puts out a good 30 lumens and comes with a head strap and clip. Runs on one AAA. Way better than a normal budget light. And a bargain to boot.

P.S. Chloe, you might like these UK only I think.

Marc.

That's impressive; now try again with a Li-Ion and post THOSE results! >)

if thats a good result, whats a bad result?

haha nice

that is strangely hypnotizing…

if that could be done with an AA battery, we wouldn’t have to…

Good because I realized for weak points that kind of flashlight, as well as the strengths.

That is impressive ! A $ 1.89 EDC to survive a blender test and still work ! there are probally more eloborate and expansive name brand lights that would have failed that test.
All the ones i bought worked great, and none of them failed yet for me. The only downfall is the hit-&-Miss tint colors, though a fiew of the ones i have are a very nice cool white, and some others have the blue tint.

finally watched that^ video last night. pretty impressive. need to find these on ebay.
