Any thoght about this kind of tracking number Wp where can i track it. I send to neal that i need DHL or ARAMEX and he sayed LT will use ARAMEX and payed extra for that.
Send Neal a message about this. I am not sure when your order was shipped but there was a lot of confusion in the orders shipped before CNY and several other mistakes were made.

I thoght maybe it some cheap service from premiume carrier like DHL but no its shown as register mail. so i paid extra fees for express then LT use register mail!! i am so mad after waiting 4months now this happen.
Talk to Neal. The shipping system is very complicated and has to go through about 4 places before someone actually prints a label. It is easy for things to be lost along the way.
And I have been waiting for months for the rear part and batteries, that guy Mr Neal don’t give a s**t about consumer care and never answer emails or PM.
Only concerned about selling, last time I bought the short tube and ask him if it is possible for also a endcap, so I can finally use my GT head.
But what do you think….no, nothing noppes hear from this Mr Neal.

Finally, it arrived
This morning it was delivered to my home
When I arrived to home and saw it, a giggle was drawn on my face
When I opened the box, the giggle began to disappear
The tailcap was loose and could move freely inside the box to hit the other parts
When checking the tailcap there were three small dings without the anodizing
The giggle was lost
Luckily, the other parts are unmarked
The reflector is slightly OP, do not like
Knowing beforehand that the 35Es that I bought had not been shipped with the GT, I had prepared 4 NCR18650GA for testing
NCR18650GA do not make contact due to polarity protection system
I won’t be able to prove it today
Tomorrow I’ll see what I do
With everything I’ve been waiting for and what I’ve been happened, I had hoping for a perfect GT.

Was this in the single, big DHL style box? The packing is so tight in that box it’s hard to believe it would be loose. There is only a little room in between the top and bottom foam pieces.
If it was in the 2 piece registered shipping boxes the battery tube and tail cap are wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a box just big enough to fit it in.
This is the first report I’ve heard of a tail cap being loose in a box.

After carefully checking the outside of the box, under a pile of stickers (labels, tapes, pieces of nylon in different colours and prints), a tape with the inscription “FedEx OPENED BY CUSTOMS” appears.
There’s also some traces of a piece of nylon with traces of the DHL logo on it.
I can assure you that it was not opened by the Uruguayan customs because there is a whole bureaucracy set up by law
1 - Customs retains the package
2 - The recipient is notified
3 - Must be opened in the presence of the recipient or a designated representative in writing
4 - Customs closes the package with its own tape in the presence of the recipient or representative
5 - Customs (if applicable) and storage fees are paid
6 - Against the receipt of the fees the package is delivered
Because of the depth of that tape, I think it was at the customs office of departure
Tonight I’ll test it with the 30Q of the Q8
