I ordered 2 of the large for my SP36 BLF Anduril lights. They cost $3 each delivered. Great value! Well made and sturdy nylon.

What Anduril version does the SC31 Pro have? (For those who already got one, could you do 15 clicks from Off to blink out the date-version; assuming it’s running a recent build of Anduril)

15 clicks with the light reporting two long flashes and one short one…

Got mine 15 minutes ago Big Smile There goes my productive afternoon Facepalm

Thanks. I have been lurking here for a while, didn’t want to ask stupid questions. I bought my first flashlight a few months ago, now have about 15 and 4 more underway.

Yes… this addiction can come on strong right away for some Wink

McCatface… I did reluctantly order the 5k version from AliExpress (paying their FAKE tax which is SO against my nature). But the price was about the same after the “tax job” so I went for it. Sofirnlight.com didn’t have it listed then or I’d bought from Barry and Lan because THEY have shipped my last two orders within a few weeks (over the last few months anyway). The AE order will most likely take 4-6 weeks Flat Stare

Oh well!

It’s hard to pass on a USB-C 18650 light with Anduril for ~$15 once you add the coupons on Aliexpress. I have one 5000K on the way as well.

I’ve bought the “small” holster with the metal D-ring and snap from other vendors. It’s my go-to for the typical 18650 tube lights.

They fit the SP32A and SC31B well.

Now that Sofirn is producing their pocket clips in black, I’d welcome their availability as separate parts as well.

I have spent a few hours trying to buy from AE and coupons never seem to work well for me- lots of coins and crap I just don’t give a **** about messing with.

But glad you figured it out- that is a steal of a price for this light I just spent 20 minutes in the back yard with tonight for the first time.

I loaded a fresh 25R into my new SC31 Pro and ran it up to turbo a minute- it got pretty warm, about as hot as my IF25a gets in the same time-frame. I ran BOTH these lights side by side.

The IF25a has a slightly wider beam and more spill than the SC31 Pro. Both claim to be 6.5k lights but I’m putting them BOTH closer to 6k, maybe a tad lower (which I prefer). Both have decent throw, but the IF25a wins that one by about 35 yards or so (I estimate). The beam is not too tight on the SC31 Pro and I can see it being a popular EDC. It is slimmer for the jean pocket and has a nicer clip (black) than I’ve seen on most Sofirns. BUT it is about 5/8” longer than the IF25a and I’d guess that was a decision made to keep some mass in the head to dissipate heat.

In any case, both are super lights and Anduril + USB C is just getting more of my attention these days- hum? What do I do with my drawer full of OLD lights now???

You’ve got your SC31 Pro, that’s great. I hope you will start a new thread with your observation/impression/runtime just like you did with your IF25A. Thumbs Up

Still waiting for the 5000K version from AliExpress Sofirn? Me too… Big Smile

I have an old S2+ with the annoying 3/5 mode Sick . And another S2+ with malfunctioning biscotti Crying .
I’m thinking about reflashing the firmware or replacing/upgrading the driver to make them a little bit more appealing ,, idk, not sure ..

I also ordered new S2+ with SST40 with 12Groups driver (Biscotti ?), its on the way hopefully will arrive soon. Hopefully the new driver will be reliable unlike the old one with many malfunctioning cases.

It’s gonna make my old flashlights even less interesting Big Smile Big Smile Big Smile .

Do you guys know of an Anduril flashlight with 26650 battery?
Sofirn make 18650 and 21700 versions (SC31PRO, IF25A) .
What about 26650?
Something like SP36 (which is multiple-18650) but smaller, with 26650.

The Emisar D4SV2 is a Anduril flashlight with a 26650 battery. Other examples are the Mateminco MT07/Astrolux MF01 Mini or the (bigger) Mateminco MT90 mini/Astrolux FT03S.

I’m really leaning towards buying this light since it has the 5000K option now. I have the Sofirn SP36 with Anduril firmware and that’s a great light with USB-C charging as well.

I really like to know what the SC31 Pro is like to EDC and how it holds up with (almost) daily use.

Seems like more people have bought SC31 Pro so hopefully there will be a review or two here on BLF.

Ha ha. Me too. I don’t know enough people that appreciate good torches to give away. I place them in my cars, basement, work, 1st floor, 2nd floor, attic? I gave my first SC31b to a friend hoping to hook him but it didn’t take. I have one brother that collects but he is many states away. Maybe a BLF shelf clearing sale.

Got mine the other day as well. 3wk from date order placed, not too bad.

Very floody in comparison to the SC31B, not much of a defined hotspot.
Everything looks and works properly so far but noticed the USB connection is off center, is everyone else’s like this?
tight squeeze.

Mine doesn’t look like your pic. My USB is centered/aligned with the opening. Hope that helps.

Mine is also off center, but plugs in fine and charged up fine for the first time tonight.

Does the rubber cover fit into the USB C slot?

Still a little long for everyday pocket carry. The extra mass is good for actually using it though. It would be more of a grab off the table and stuff into my pocket for a walk outside kind of light.

I’m thinking of using it with the 18350 tube and a deep carry clip. I wish both of them came with the light though.

No, just the larger hole above it

Damn, i thought i checked the 18350 tube when i got it but i guess not, seems the SC31Pro head threads are slightly different than the SC31B,sp40, etc…
Sad doesn’t fit

Weird that either tail cap fits either body…

Can we swap the battery tube with Convoy S2+‘s tube ? Question I have a spare 18350 tube .

Strange. According to Nooner the official Sofirn short tube should fit:
