I still haven’t received an order from Feb/Mar (can’t remember it was so long ago). No offers to refund or resend. 8/9 months later, numerous ignored emails and requests to “wait a bit longer” I gave up and filed a PayPal dispute.
I received a later order from them (placed very soon after) so know it’s not a problem with the shipping lanes.
Either way, their poor customer service has lost a customer in me, which is a shame as they were one of the few places that have a good selection of LEDs. Whether they’re as advertised is another matter though…
Yes I bought from them year ago, also there was problem with defective XHP50.2 and they resend me new one for free. But now they try to make more money from me. In orginal letter they told me that fee for reshipping is 10$ but they will make discount of 50% from that price. It is not my fault for returned package :person_facepalming: . Here is original messeage from them:
Candy said the address is right i already verified it with her. No way it could be wrong same address as my last 8 orders. Plus Candy said that nothing will happen with it, till you receive the package back and told me to wait. I can send you the emails from Candy if you want? maybe you need to speak to your workers.
If the package is here in Australia i will try and get it but the company said they already shipped it back to China.
If you accept to resend my package without extra charge for that I will agree, otherwise I prefer to refund me. I do not want to pay almost half the price of my order for resending. Also my address is OK in KD. Prevoius I have only one order from you but everything was fine with shipping to that address.

Hi. Do you know how long it takes PayPal to resolve claim.On 22 December I escalate about my order and to now I still waiting PayPal to resolve my case. I had very bad experience with KD this time.
I’m really sorry I didn’t order from AliExpress KD products. AE have better buyer protection compared to PP which sucks.
Communication is key icpart, whether here or there, and of course first and foremost believing conducively.
I've always had a great experience with Kaidomain. Did you send BanL some private message with a detailed explanation of your problem, and insisting on a resolution for it?
PayPal may take some time, but works (if done right, of course). Just be patient.
I had 20 or so orders since 2017. No problems. But sometimes his mails found their way into the spam folder, so I whitelisted his address. This would be one explanation for communication problems obviously.
No I didn’t. I just tried to communicate with them via mail. They just told me they wait to return package to them from post to resend me. After that I wrote mail to KD that I prefer to refund me. That was on 3 December. After that I never received answer from them. I waited to 22 before to open PP dispute. In dispute they just resend me tracking number from which is obvious that package is returned and not delivered to me. And that was only the answer in dispute. They didn’t answer me any questions send via dispute. After that I just escalate my case. In future I will prefer KD AliExpress store. It is little more expensive compared to KD website but AE protection is best in the world. I have won disputes for 2-3$ items. Also every time AE refund me very fast.

Finally today I received email from PP that they will refund me. So a month is resonable time for PP to resolve the case.
BanL, I’m looking at getting some of the XHP50.2 3V LEDs. It looks like the 6000K is out of stock? Will you have more soon? And any word on getting some of the 5000K version? Thanks!
