I've been hoping they would come up with this. And here it is. If I wasnt on this boat till the end of July I'd have ordered 2 before telling anyone here so I could be sure to snag them for myself. But with 2 + months to wait till I get home I guess I can let you lot know about it
Hope it is every bit as versatile and rugged as its little brother. And I think I see a driver + emitter swap in the future for one of those that I get. A hard driven XR-E R2 and a 3 mode nanjg 105* something. I cant wait.

Looks nice, may have to get one myself. Curious what the LUX on it will be. And $14, that's a damn good price for something with an XM-L.
I'll wait for some reviews before I pull trigger.
nice! wish it had the tailcap of the c55/c56 - but hopefully it has a one piece pill (those don't).
As tempting as it is to jump on this I'm going to let others guinea pig it first. With a head of only 29mm, the working part on the lens can't be more than 22mm or so. I do hope it's good and it may be for pure flood but I'd rather have a mule for that. To me, aspheric zoomers are for throwing more than flood and I doubt it has what it takes with such a big emitter.
I have the opposite take on ftt (like flood) but i believe your assessment will prove correct - buy it if you want more flood. my c55 w/ xre q? ~2A at the tail (if I remember correctly) had much more throw than after modding it to xm-l at 2.8A. But what a pocket rocket of a flood light it became
For $14, how bad can it be? Still gotta throw more light than a $23 coin...
Ordered one, should be fun!
Rats, finally sold my 2010 509hp Mustang...now I can buy more lights!
Sold the red one too! Now guess what I drive, doing my penance for 500 hp commuters...

oh - btw, at least this tailcap switch can unscrew - the c55 is bigger (easier to turn) but the switch retainer is pressed in plastic - in fact more like hot glue than plastic lol
@ trooplevis - My sentiments exactly.
And considering how well put together my sk68's has been I consider Sipik a high quality, low price flashlight brand.
When you receive it please do a show and tell. And thank you for taking one for the team. Hope Manafont gets it to you quickly.

I do hope the tail cap is easier to unscrew unlike the old Sipik SK68. Maybe they should have placed some knurlings on it?
The tailcap on the Sipik 68 was smooth and hard to unscrew.
The tailcap on the Sipik 58 is knurled, but the edge can be rough. It also doesn't make a Sipik 58 look very good because the light looks less aesthetically balanced.
Fortunately the tailcaps from both lights are interchangeable. My Sipik SK 68s are wearing the tailcaps from my Sipik SK 58s and visa-versa.
I see. I didn't know that. Thanks for the info.
being all that, but they certainly can be great if they are done right. i bought a modded one here, from a memeber who shall remain nameless, Chicago X, , and it is an absolute beast. maybe it loses a little in ultimate throw distance versus a smaller die emitter, maybe, but at all except for the farthest distance it puts out exponentially more light, a much larger spot, and VERY close to the same throw. it pretty much blows a Q5 or R2 out of the water.
Ok, just looking at the measurements, it's over an inch longer, and quite a bit larger in diameter. Makes sense given the larger cell, but it looks identical appearance wise. Thanks for being an early purchaser, troop. Can't wait to hear what you think about it. I'm up to 5 zoomies now, might need to pick this one up to round out the collection. They are definitely fun flashlights, even if not particularly useful.
I MUST have this!
Ok here's the deal.......I know this Sipik style torch is very, very popular here at BLF but am I the only one who thinks it's fugly? It's design probably doesn't work too well as a pocket edc because it looks like it gets stuck A LOT. This is just my opinion folks so don't have a cow.

Just ordered from manafont. Mini review when it arrive. Knowing Chinese sellers it would be in about 30 - 40 days from now
.
I carry mine (when i do) in pocket without the clip. No stickage or stuckage.

Ok, I thought the design would stick inside a pocket but I guess I was wrong. It's still fargin' ugly = fugly.

Yeah, I thought much the same when I first got one, I was also concerned about the clip and crenelated bezel tearing up my coat pocket lining. But it's been EDC'd for 4 months so far and it's never hooked on clip or bezel, and the pocket I kept it in is one of those flimsy seperate nylon dealies that aren't really part of the coat. I've moved it to a hoodie pocket for the summer, and used it a few dozen times since and no hitching there either.
How long you figure till the 26650 version hits?
TODO List:
Acquire more parts.
Devise cheap way to make TIRs.
Rub some bacon on it.

Wooow 26650 version
That would be a tad big for EDC dont you think? Anyhow I dont really get it with these 26650 batts: They have 250% the volume but give only 150% the juice. I'm waiting untill they improve the offerings in that size.
