I have a Nitecore MT06MD and it’s literature indicates it has a 90+ CRI 5000 kelvin 219B emitter…
Does the 219B exist in a sw50k? I’m assuming that would be a 5k colour temperature?
Googling that part number nets me zero results.
I must not be understanding something correctly.
What does the “L2” part of the part number mean?

The datasheet for the r9080 doesn’t show any 5000k CCT so it’s likely your emitter is not r9080. Might be r9050.
L2 is the forward voltage bin at 700mA:
L1 is 2.7v - 2.9v
L2 is 2.9v - 3.1v
M1 is 3.1v - 3.3v

Even googling [nichia “sw50k”] without the r9080 literally shows zero results. Is it possible Nitecore just used a 4500k LED but advertised it as 5000k?
Looks like I have some more reading to do, have no idea if I need L1, L2, or M1.
Is forward voltage just the minimum startup voltage for the diode?

Yeah if it did exist, it was a really long time ago. I know Nichia used to have the sw45 but then it got discontinued in favor of the sw45k.
All of my emitters are L2 so I’m not sure how easy it is to find L1 or M1.

Will you have enough of the sw45k 9080 left over by the time I read up on and learn about forward voltage and binning? I’m probably looking at picking up 5 of them.
Tell me how I know… I needed it to compliment my MT06MD.

Yes I have enough sw45k for you

Hey, can I get 10 sw40 please? Thanks!
The first Astrolux S41 was 219b 5000k. Then they started putting 219c in them.
Maukka measurements are available here:

Ordered from Azhu on the 22nd Feb, posted through my UK-based letterbox on 27th! That’s service, thanks
Appreciate the specific model numbers being included with the LEDs too so there’s not doubt as to what they are.
Just need to get my reflow hat on…
Hi, looking for 20x sw45k shipped to CA

SW30 GROUP BUY
If anyone is interested in more sw30, I’m trying to set up another GB.
I need to meet a minimum requirement before placing a potential order.
Please reply with how many you’d be committed to buying. Pricing for the GB will be $3 per emitter plus $4 shipping to US.

I’d be in for 8. The sw30’s I got from you previously are just beautiful.
Any further chance of sw27’s?

Will put you down for 8. Thanks Mike.
I’ve never been able to find the sw27s so unfortunately I don’t think they exist anymore.
shirnask:
I’ll take 20 (SW30)
Thanks I’ll put you down for 20.

I’d like to order 10 sw35k if you still have some. And please put me down for 10 sw30k in the GB.
Thanks!
