Pen muiltimeter for $3.99
Shipped by Amazon. Only a few left.
They look cheaply made, but for $4 I figured why not.
The current mode is pretty much useless (only 200mA max and the fuse will blow at 250mA). I wouldn’t use this when any type of precision is required, but I was looking for a pen type for quick voltage debugging when it’s inconvenient to look away at my Fluke multimeter display.
Btw, got the Knofarm 48W 2 port charger. It’s nice! Has a kind of “Apple” design feel to it. Rounded corners. The folding plug works well and has side bolsters on the casing for stability. It’s pretty well weighted. Usually the cheaper adapters are light for lack of substantial components & casing. Maybe this thing has some good shielding inside it. I haven’t tested out both ports simultaneously, but it seems to be capable of ample power supply (wattage and amperage). Overall, for $12 you can’t go wrong. Sadly, the deal has now expired but maybe it’ll return at a later date.
The seller who was selling at the $3.99 price only had 7 at the time I purchased. Amazon will show other sellers once that seller sold out. I guess it was a clearance sale price for that particular seller.
Just got mines today, very nice. Solid blow-molded case, all the goodies, well worth the price and then some. Tacklife-branded, so built like a tank just like that light.
Problem is they just beg “STEAL ME!!!”, because it’s the nekkid box in cellophane-wrap, with the shipping labels just slapped on.
Good thing I was like Right Here when the FedEx driver rang the bell, as any schmo passing by would see exactly what it was and could just abscond with it in seconds.
Interesting 1-star review I just saw now. Will see about the brushes in time, I guess.
Yeh, standard 1/8” shafts and the like. Easier for them to buy the same goodies made for all other rotodrills than come up with their own custom stuff.
Yup. me too. I came home to it leaning against my front screen. I’m thinking: I didn’t order any Tacklife stuff! cool!….luckily my stoop is somwhat private.
Hola folks, from a newbie, and also recent 'refugee' from Bladeforums (... lol)! Nice to find a place that combines two of my fav interests, 'portable' lighting and knives... and also where 'budget', or 'Made in China' ain't 'dirty words'.
Dunno if this 'qualifies', but recently came across this Amazon find which seems to come and go, but basically a 'modern' flipper version of the classic Buck 110, in 1065 steel with fiberglass scales and solid stainless bolsters. Sharp as hell, amazing fit and finish, deploys smartly and very 'fidget-friendly'.... for only $10.95 (w/ free shipping)?!
Only downside is it doesn't have a deep carry clip, which wasn't hard to add (even if the clip cost almost as much as the knife)... and overall seems like an incredible deal.
