AA sized 3.7 volt LiIon battery from Xtar.










The two batteries tracks fairly well for 14500 batteries, but definitely not perfect. The capacity is 800mAh at low loads but drops at higher loads.















Conclusion

The battery has an acceptable performance, but it is possible to find better performing battery (That are slightly longer).

Wow…is that typical voltage drop off from Li Ion? I thought they usually hold up better than that…dang

Try using the comparator and compare to Keeppower 14500 840mAh, it is incredible what 1.5mm extra length can do to performance.
