I agree, I’m gonna be using them with my Eneloops. The 10440’s actually are going to be used for a Vinh light I plan to order. Just curious as hell how bright they’re going to make this light.
So… Cool white or Neutral white for me?
I own an XM-L2 U2 1A and I like the tint. But it’s right on the edge of being too blue for me. So is the cool white version cooler than an XM-L2 U2 1A?
Thank you, that confirms what I was thinking.
I have a few questions, sorry if they were already answered:
1- What is the current draw on an Eneloop AAA? (I saw the specs on GB but I don’t trust them :D)
2- Is the output lumens regulated/constant like in a 7135 based flashlight?
3- What is the approximate runtime to 50% brightness with an Eneloop?
4- Did somebody test the efficiency vs input voltage characteristic of the driver?
I don't have any real eneloop AAAs at the moment, but I tried with two other NiMH cells: - one with 1.25V voltage did draw 0.63A - other with 1.33V did 0.57A

Haven't had time to investigate or test any of these, but I bet someone will chime in and answer, as there are so many sold already.. :)
Exactly, I also dont want any ‘special’ help from GB. They emailed me said it was sent and thats all they can do. They cant track it, nor can I. Either they lied or its on its way still. I always have PP to cover me if I dont get it so nbd if I was lied to. This was GBs only chance from me so I guess its in their hands on if I return ever or not.
GB promised to send me a resend for the defective light.
And I was planning on buying 2 more, ended up with 2 more NW and 2 CW. Will definitely make some people happy with them.

Oh gearbest gearbest GARBAGEbest……you are killing me! Gearbests website CLEARLY states 6-14 business day delivery to the US. Granted I know it may be slightly over depending on when the plane leaves and customs. Contacted them to get an answer to where my package is and they give me this BS response (paraphrase)-orderstake 15-45 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive in the USA. Pleasewait for it to arrive and use reference number blah to jelp with details. FIRST OFF THOSS REF NUMBERS ARE USELESS!
hmmm BULLSPIT! NEVERhas it taken more than 3 weeks to get a package from HKPost. Gearbest is trying to say 45 business days so they can avoid pp disputes. Too bad we arent that dumb to fall for that stuff. Someone is getting on my last nerve and im pretty sure ill be oping a claim if it doesnt arrive within a few days. Already not buying fro the again, fed up with lies and trickery. The OP has nothing to do with this and has been awesome wjth all his work. Gb just sucks IMO.
PLEASE pardo, horrible grammar, on my phone and ticked off at GB so not caring too much abiut it
Edit-just to clear something up before I get bashed for this post. If I do open a clai and win (first off its not about the money, its the principle begind this) amd then recieve the item, I will be sendi NH the payment back to GB. Im not looking to ‘scam’ soeone someone out of $5 or be a jerk. Im juat fed up with foreign sellers and constantly being lied to. It seems evwryone is doing it no matter who they are or their reputation. Im done with foreign sellers, gave it a shot for a year, saved some decent cash nut had too any headaches. Not worth it anymore!
