No way…this will take months. The A6 and the D80 should be much sooner than that.

Well months may be a problem if I’m accepted into the Paramedic program I just applied for. Better start rat holing change now! Will they accept rolls of quarters, dimes and nickels by chance?!

I’m all for this too. – Too many times I have bought the Big Brand lights with the AR coating, only to see Green in the tint.

So, I thought going the ‘budget’ route might be better for me, as few of them have coated lenses.

For instance, I have an Olight S15 that I LOVE; everything about it, Except for the Sickly Green tint – Puke:-(

But – It’s also my understanding that this is quite Normal for this light, and that the people that have them don’t care, or don’t even notice the tint…? – BTW, it is the very latest model with the new switch design, like the “R” models have. – That’s the only reason that I bought it, because I thought that they had also ‘fixed’ the tint while they were at it. – Not!

I want my lights to mimic nature, and Green light is just not what I see in the course of a day. – As always, YMMV.

Thanks for listening, and Thanks TK!

Funny that Bort would convert all his light to AR coated lenses given the opportunity

Bort,

I can respect that.

I have learned over the years that we all see the very same thing, differently.

There’s really nothing “funny” about it, it’s just the way things are.

Thanks,

Krono, in the first list can you switch me #14 and Ulibar #28? I PMd him and he agreed. Reason is I want both of my kits being #28.

Thanks!

Aw man it’ll be really nice to have the copper AA sized light in WW as standard for all but with user specified tints on the original sized light

Although I’ve just recently ordered a “LuckySun Mini30” 14500 light (http://www.gearbest.com/led-flashlights/pp_67812.html) I’m interested in this package.
Put me down for 1x Aluminium set in NW, and please try to get them with the SS switch as proposed.

Please add me for another Aluminium set.

As before, only if its number 31 in the list (I think I've lost track, but it should be unless there's someone snuck in since last update.

Ta mate.

EDIT: just saw that Nguyen might have got in there, hope he doesn't mind switching one place for me to match the sets please?

The SS/Cu set is less than half the price of Rey's Ti light (and it is a good buy)...and is for 2 working lights. That is a fantastic deal. The aluminum sets are still less than a name brand light. The sooner we can get the required numbers the sooner we can make this happen so it can ship with plenty of time for the holidays.

We all know what the X6 is so there is no point in waiting to add your name Smile

This is Kronos' deal but Kronos will be unavailable for the next couple days so I will be keeping up with our Chinese counterparts. The more numbers we can add to the list the harder I can push Smile

Anyone that was part of the first X6 GB should also partake in this one too, it’ll be even better. So long as it pulls proper amps this time and has no turbo timer it’ll be a million times better than the first version.

There is no way that it will not pull the amps. As for the Turbo timer...that is up to TK and Kronos.

The beauty here is that the X6-SE v2 will be improved over the original X6-SE and and and it will also come with a proportionately downsized 14500 light. This does not include that these are available in aluminum as well the blingy SS/Cu versions.

I'm sure it will not be a good idea to say 'yes' to this, but I can always ask Innocent : I would not mind my set to be both the 14500 K8, one in alu, one in copper, for whatever the price of that will be.

What I’ve always liked about SS as compared to anodized aluminum or blued steel is that it can be kept pristine much easier. Get a scratch? Polish it off. Sand it, file it, polish it, heat blue it, whatever strikes your fancy… you don’t have to match a black or blued finish so it’s easy to work on it or simply refresh it.

And it’s heavy enough, strong enough, to beat on things with. Not just as a weapon but a hammer, a bludgeon, whatever. Smile

I like a solid, robust feeling light. The X6 with a big chunk of copper in the head just has a great feel to it. Really really anticipating a Stainless Version and the smaller copper 14500 variant is a dream come true!

Yes, I’m on the list for Rey’s Titanium variation…. being a Ti freak makes me do things like that. Smile But this true EE X6 reformulation is making me reconsider that as far as EDC goes, I’ll have to create a rotation to be sure, what with the 7 ×6’s I still have on hand for daily carry. Wink

I had Bucket make a 2 cell 304 SS tube for a Convoy C8. He also made a finned copper pill and mated it to the C8 head, ala the Solarforce M8. This is now an MT-G2 light and it’s got that robust club-like feel to it that really makes it a joy to use. The tube itself cost me $40, so as you can see this is one sweet deal of a Group Buy offering! It’s like buying a Custom SS X6 and getting the little Cu 14500 mini for free!
