Thanks for your suggestion.
Any post or thread on how and what needed to flash the firmware?
Iâm fine with changing the mode in BLF A6, BLF Kronos X5/X6 but flashing the firmware in the stock driver for flashlights is something that I havenât done and any tips or guidances are very much appreciated.
While I do like this flashlight, the lowest mode is just too bright for my preference and comparing side by side with my Sinner Tri-EDC, itâs almost like the lowest mode is about the same as the medium mode (ML, L, M) on my Sinner.
cheers,
Since mine has not shipped out to me yet, Iâd like to Buy 1 More of these, Please⌠Option #1 would be Fine! I will wait for your response before I send the paymentâŚ
Any ideas on when the Ti Flashlights will ship out to us? I am chomping at the Bit to Tryout this Awesome Flashlight.

Thanks in advance for your Help and Hard work on this Awesome FlashlightâŚ
I just received mine ( funny ,2 days between Beijing-Amsterdam and 5 days for 1,1 km between collecting point and me.Yay ,PostNL ).
Quick impressions : indeed the engraving on the button is not centered and i like this , itâs personal ;
-threads perfect after some grease
With apologies for the flashlight market i will not buy another one for the next 5 years ,i see no reason . For the price i payed i consider it a gift from Rey.
Now i am collecting money for 11 trits ,not because i am a big fan but i respect Reyâs design&vision ,and this one deserve tritsâŚ.after i anodize it blue and some tumbling.
Thank you,Rey.
I got mine. Measured CCT 4940 K and a CRI of 84 and CRI (R9) of 27.
Only some of my 30Qâs fit and they are very tight. Have to push them in. Also my flat tops wonât work without a magnetic button top. Efest 18350âs fit fine, but also need an additional magnetic button.
Howâs the output on your lights? Mine only produces similar lumens to an Astrolux S1. With a 30Q 1250 lumens at startup. 1080 lumens with an efest 18350. At 30 seconds about 900 on both. I thought it was supposed to reach 2000 lumens.
Tailcap button is wonky. I have to press it right in the middle for it to push down. Doesnât feel nice at all. The engraving is well centered enough.
25R flat top no problem ; with it the output is slightly better than a nitecore rated for 1000 lumens with the same battery.
le: play with the 2 threaded rings, one outside and the one from inside ,you can adjust it .
Iâm pretty sure that Rey did not measure the output of the light as-sold. First it is still not completely which led he used, he said 219B, then 219C, and now in the OP the 219C is not mentioned anymore, but you mention 84CRI, which does suggest 219+C. The numbers he got from me (2700lm at start-up, 2000 at 30 seconds) were from my triple 219+C mod, and it has bypassed springs and the ledboard soldered to the pill (makes just a little difference). If the light that he sells has 219+B+ high CRI leds, the output will be nowhere near that.
Which is all too well btw, I think I damaged the leds in mine by running it too long too hot, the output at startup is now under 2000lm. In an aluminium light I can easily feel on the outside when it is time to step the output down, in this titanium light the leds can cook before you notice much on the outside. even at the 1000 lumen output that you get you have to be very careful not to run the light at the higest setting for more than say 30 seconds. (it is not mentioned, but does Rey use a Noctigon in this light?) edit: the pictures show the use of a Noctigon alright
Sorry to hear about your unit.
On my unit, the flat top 30Q, NCR-GA and LG MJ1 all can work.
Swapping to 18350 tube, the AW IMR button-top and Keeppower flat top both can work, so most probably your issue is due to samplesâ variation.
Regarding the tint, I compared the beam with my Sinner Triple 219B, and I notice the beam on my Reylight is whiter and slightly brighter than my Sinner, so I just takes the word frm Rey that the emitters are 219C.
I can hear the whine on low and medium modes, but it dissappears on Turbo
