If you’re taking suggestions, how about one that has stippled reflector on one side and very well focused convex lens on the other side. 2 on/off buttons - one for each side.

Eliminate the tail switch.The light will be shorter, easier to hold, and easier to operate.
Some customer need the tail switch can reach momentary-on function.
We also have a 4xAA battery flashlight under design, it will has no tail switch!
What is the current to the led’s? I’ve played with a few variations of this light, it’s a favorite style of mine. Twin heads lay much flatter than any triple.

Is the upcoming 4AA model going to have a battery carrier to hold the cells, or will the batteries be inserted directly into the flashlight?
If I buy an F40C, will I be able to replace the LED emitters? Is any part of the light glued shut?
