I keep talking, the post count keeps going up. I expect to shut up a bit more in the future, but for now I am past 5000 posts, and I celebrate that with a giveaway :-) . I'm not so much for complicated rules, so you can simply join by replying in this thread, only your first post counts, you must be a BLF-member since at least june 7th, 2015, I will draw the winner sometime next saturday 13th, using random.org, your postnr at the moment of the draw is your lucky number. I ship everywhere, but without tracking.
Good luck!

The prize is a Trustfire Mini-05 (twisty cr123/16340), modded by me with a XM-L2 7D3 90CRI on a Noctigon and a BLF-mini-driver. So if you do not like warm cosy light, this giveaway is not for you! The driver is the same driver that was in Rey's first BLF group buy of the Trustfire Mini-01 (two years ago?), he got Trustfire to adapt their horrible stock firmware to 2%low, 25%med, 100%high, 1000Hz PWM, no memory. I still like this UI very much. At the time I asked Rey for a light and four extra drivers, the light never arrived, got lost in the mail I guess , but I did receive the drivers.
For the record, Trustfire uses a slightly different looking driver now for the Mini-05, compared to the first Mini-01's, left the 05-driver, right the (BLF)01-driver:
Watching reflows is one of my favorite pastimes of this hobby  , so I made one more reflow vid, of this mod, led/board and board/pill were reflowed simultaniously:
The light does work fine on a CR123 primary, but I did some measurements of the light on a AW IMR 16340 550mAh. Initial current at high is 2.5A, output on high with a freshly charged battery is 440lm at start-up, 400lm after 30 seconds. The light clearly shows heat sag, but it looks like it can stand being run at high setting continuously.
I instantly dumped the extremely lousy keychain-ring when I received the light, so that one is missing, I will instead add a lanyard with a clip (because I have a box full of them, I don't use them), and send the light in the retail package in which it came. In the light I will put the Trustfire CR123 primary battery that also came with the light.
