Hi,

I’ve received the FH2. First impressions are excellent. I tried it with 6P Original, Solarforce L2’s, Lumapower M1 and a couple of Ultrafires. All of them fitted well apart from the Ultrafire C2, which was a bit tight around the head.

I was unsure about the buckle. At first I thought Velcro would be better but after using it for a couple of days, I found I can easily use it one handed. Velcro would be quicker but less secure. The fastening was been well thought out.

Pics will follow.

You need to use a site like Imgur to upload your pics to first.

Make an account, upload your pictures then click on a picture and you will see a load of url’s down one side, copy the second url (Direct Link) and paste that into the forum field.

The FH2 is well suited to the P60 sized torches such as the 6P and clones. I liked the fastex-like fastening. The loop around the “femail” part and the stiff flap kept everything in line making it easy to use one-handed. At first I prefered velcro but after trying it I liked the security of having a clip to hold the flap down.

I tried it with the following:
Surefire 6P Original
Solarforce L2P
Solarforce L2M
Solarforce L2
Lumapower M1
Ultrafire WF502b
Ultrafire C2

Hi,

FH1 Nitenumen NE01 fits well in this holster, it fits a little deep so you have to push it up from the bottom or pull it up by the strap.
The top flap is non adjustable so velcro may help this instead of the connector, velcro would also make deployment quicker, the flap also is a little stiff. If this was going to be used on a back pack then the supplied connector would be fine. Overall well made but adjustability would make it better. My PK Design Lab PKFL2LE fits very well in this holster. Sofirn SF36 and Thorfire VG10 also fit very well.

The buckle /snaps are awkward at first but people who use them and get used to them swear by them and learn to get their lights / phones /knives etc out fairly efficiently . To me it seems odd and there are better options out there but some people like them .

Here’s a few photos

LED Lenser P7

LED Lenser 105

I like it a lot ,the only thing I would change is the buckle & swap it for Velcro because the buckle makes it hard to put torches in reflector first.

My FH3 arrived a few weeks ago and has become EDC for me, it’s quicker and easier to use than the AceBeam carrier that came with the EC50III.

It’s a great fit for this torch that has a 30mm body, it’ll never fall out on its own but it’s easy to get in and out one-handed. I’m generally quite rough with things and the build quality is holding up.

Anything is amphibious if you can get it back out of the water.

I received my Weltool Holster today.

I like it a lot, more sturdy than I’d imagined and I think it looks the mutts nuts on my backpack!

Thank you very much Thulium7.

I have uploaded all photos posted here and more to my Google Drive, so that Thulium7 can Download them HERE
