I already have too many AAA and EDC flashlights. Looked around and they’ve got only a few other flashlights available. None that grabbed me in particular. This site is VERY heavy focused towards audiophiles. Lots of audio gear. Looking at some earbuds, like these.
Thats a great tip, I own that light and recommend it.
Yes Lumintop makes the Tool that drop.com sells.
Yes one must join the site to buy their products.
Where else can you get a copper tool for $10?
I dont see how you can go wrong.
trivia
Lumintop also makes Maratac, and the head legoes to the tool
Lumintop also makes the Prometheus Beta, and the head also legoes to the tool
Lumintop driver and switch from the Tool are also in the Frelux Synergy… no lego
Thanks for the info! I just ordered one for $10 too. This will be my first copper light, so I’m excited about that. I was thinking of going with the titanium for only five bucks more, but from what I’ve heard, titanium isn’t as good as copper when it comes to heat dissipation. Though now that I think about it… I doubt the light will get hot enough for that to matter.
Nitecore Tini for $5?
I have mixed feelings…on one hand it’s amazing deal (as long as I don’t pay the customs) on the other - with its bad UI will I really use it? If no, that’s a loss-loss kind of deal.
I got an email with the offer in it after I signed up, which then got automatically applied when I went to order a $30+ item.
Not sure if you need to click through the email though, but if you have the discount it should appear as a message hidden under the bell icon on the top-right.
Great thanks. That works similar to a mechanical switch. Full press for on/off and half press for mode change. Since this copper version is updated to cycle through L-M-H instead of M-L-H, I will buy one for $10. Great host for a E21A 2000K.
I couldn’t pass it up for $10 bucks. Nice little AAA lights. I was already a member, when I first signed up a year ago they offered a $10 off purchase. Then after I signed up I found out that was only if I got someone else to sign up . So I figured they owed me one. Used my other junk email account and signed up again. Got the $20 off and a copper tool for $10 bucks. Thanks for the heads up .

Oh and by the way, I figured out which resistor and value to change on the driver to give a lower low if anyone is interested. Mine now does about .5 lumen in low for a moonlight low.
