Sofirn sp36 blf lights up all the time after tightening

I bought the flashlight in November 2020 on Aliexpress. From the beginning, there was probably a problem with charging via USB-C, after connecting the cable, the LED turned red (I think, I don’t remember exactly), but the batteries were not charging. I didn’t care about that because I have an external charger.
After 7 months, something started rattling inside, just like in this video:

A month ago I took the flashlight in my pocket and it was still on when I took it out. It cannot be turned off, the button does not work in any way, the light cannot be controlled, it cannot be reset. It only doesn’t shine when it’s unscrewed.

I wrote to the seller on Aliexpress (Sofirn Official Store), but all that replies is: “Please try to pull the spring out of the tail a little bit and then tighten the tailcap, so as to better contact the battery, so that it can conduct electricity, please try ”which does not help in any way.

What could be broken, what can I do about it? Can I somehow have my dealer repaired or replaced?
Is it possible to fix it yourself? What should I do in this situation?

Always on means the LEDs negative are connected to the cells negative (i.e. body), could be the thing rattling inside (screw?) stuck and making the connection.

Unfortunately this light is difficult to disassemble .

When the flashlight is tightened and glowing all the time, the thing inside rattles all the time, does not seem to be jammed.
If I can’t get any help from the seller, I will open it and try to fix it somehow.

When you use the right method, it is easy

Yeah I don’t really like those methods of pushing the PCB from the inside, I did it one time (not the SP36) and damaged components (I didn’t care for the driver so it was ok).

After disassembling the button, I took out the rattling object. It was a little screw that should probably hold the mirror (it moves a bit).
The flashlight is still broken, it is on all the time, the button is completely dead.
I think I will try to unscrew it completely, but I’m afraid of damaging it.
Do you think it will be necessary to replace some element, can it be repaired?

I just used this technique and it works well for the SP36, behind the switch hole are the solder pads for the LED wires and we can push with the tool without fear of damaging components.

It requires quite a bit of force, as can attest the mark left on the - solder joint and the peeled off solder mask.

Bad driver. Happened to me before
