Review request for HKJ [USB Power Devices]

Works fine up to 4,5V.

Maybe I should’ve done a review for it…

Thanks, just knowing that it works is already helpful :+1:

I bought a ZMI (supposedly the OEM for Xiaomi) 65W HA832 charger that is working well for me to charge both my Lenovo Yoga at 45W and my iPhone but am curious as to how it works under test conditions.

No need to test the 4th one.

Already have it, tested its capacity, its protocols, etc.

Want to know anything about it?

I had a question about “lightweight” chargers.

I like ultralight backpacking and am always looking for ways to reduce pack weight. Many people like to use regular battery bank chargers, but I use individual cells and the Folomov A1 (which has been tested).

Can you think of any lighter option for charging electronics via USB? Or can you think of any BETTER option that is either

1. lighter or
2. more functional at about the same weight?

Just curious!

That is a very lightweight charger/powerbank. I have tested a few of similar type, but I do not remember if they are slightly better or worse.

You can look through my list to find them:
https://lygte-info.dk/info/indexBatteriesAndChargers%20UK.html

Features:

Support QC2.0, QC3.0, MTK-PE, FCP and other fast charging protocols.
Dual interface for easy use.
OLED LCD display, more clear display.

Specification:

Input:
Interface 5.5 2.1 bus seat
Power: 12V-30V (note: 7-20V written on housing)

Output:
All copper USB base
Two USB Full Support Automatic Recognition and Output Line Voltage Compensation
Power supply: 5V2.8A/9V2.8A/12V2.4A
With output voltage regulator protection, short circuit and over current protection, IC Internal Overvoltage Protection

I did a video on that thing :) I like it.

Output: 1x AC | 220V/50Hz:

Baseus BSC-C15C car charger, similar to the already reviewed Baseus BSC-C15K, except that one port is QC and the other PD. I bought both and the PD port only delivers about 2.5W to a Google Pixel. Also, the RuiDeng TC66C UPM shows only 5V in the protocol trigger list.

Since the TC66C seems to be interpreting PD capabilities correctly in various wall chargers and batter packs, it looks like the car charger is not behaving properly

Added:

I had the PD switch in the enabled position which may have contributed to the problem. When I disabled it, the PD ports delivers 2A at 9V which is the rated power.

Baseus BS-EU907
45W USB C+USB A charger with display (U,I, shutdown timer). Looks compact. Have 20V output for USB C or USB A. 25USD

https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/Baseus-Digital-Display-Quick-Charge-4-0-3-0-USB-Charger-Smart-Power-Off-QC-4/2343184_33026890930.html?spm=2114.12010615.8148356.10.64d6749eTC9yuL

I did some tests on the Polaroid PS100.

I measured the capacity at:
USB 5V/1A: 67Wh
QC USB 12V/1A: 72Wh
230V AC: 65Wh (60W incan), 50Wh (24W CFL)

AC output has problems with low batteries (<30%), the three state stepped sine turns into pretty much a square wave and starts to skip cycles. Output is fine when full.
AC 230V voltage is pretty stable. In the graph black is output voltage, red is 60W incan bulb relative brightness, grey is bulb power consumption.

USB port doesn’t have OCP or it’s over 4A.
4.4V at 4A from 5V port, 4.8V at 4A from QC port, maximum current at 12V 2.7A at 13.0V.
Charging time: 8h 18min (5V, 2.4A, total energy in 99Wh).

I got a AT35 from RD tech, basically it is similar to AT34….you can not identify which is AT35 just according to their appearance.

and here is the parameter:

data refresh rate: 2Hz vs 0.5Hz, does this mean the older AT34 refreshes the display twice every second, while the new AT35 refreshes the display once every 2 seconds?

Is the 0.96-inch vs 1.44-inch display correct? (they are supposed to have the same size display)
