Where to buy 26650 batteries cheap?

Like the title says, would be great to find a deal on a pair or unprotected 26650s.
for example when i get my IMR EFEST 16340s & 18350s. I get them $9.00-$10.50 for a pair which is a deal. I have a bit of eBay bucks so would like to find something there but will also buy else where if shipping isnt going to kill the deal.

Shipping was free with Sweden post

Well, by the time you get your batteries from GB, the flashlight and batteries will probably be obsolete technology.

A little over 3 weeks for my last battery order from Gearbest. They were horrible, but my last two came in a decent amount of time. Maybe they are getting it together.

Also

no 26650

what are the cream of the crop 26650 cells these days anyways?
are the evva (king kongs still the best)? or have the keep powers 5200 and purple efest 3500 took over?

Probably the most popular 26650 these days is the Keeppower 5200. King Kongs are still popular if a battery that maintains a higher voltage is needed (and a 5000+mAh version is available if your light can handle a somewhat longer cell). Other than that, there is a new Soshine 5500mAH 26650 that supposedly makes pretty good on its capacity. And there are high current IMRs like the MNKE, Keeppower 4200, and others.

The OP said unprotected, but I have plenty of Soshine 5500’s if he is interested. They are protected and trip at 7A

Great place!! The owner lives across the street, the warehouse is 2 miles away from me and their prices on MOST of their batteries are $1 to $1.50 cheaper than illumns and Mt. Electronics.Where I usaully get batteries.

They are 10 months old so they do not have all the brands yet,but they have 6 of the top brands. i just wish they had walk ins!

With that said, I ordered my first battery on a Saturday night and got it Monday! Advantages of living close by.

If need be, it shouldn’t be too hard to remove the protection circuit and rewrap the battery. Then again, I would like to see some REAL tests of this battery to see whether this would be worthwhile rather than just using the Keeppower 5200 (or, if your light can handle a 70.5mm cell, the King Kong 5000mAH).

I’ve done standard discharge tests on my opus and the cells are legit. All were very close to their rated capacity. I’ve run them at 5A with no problem.
