I’m not sure if this is exactly what you’re referring to but perhaps the battery from a Thrunite TS1 meet you needs.

There are a few . Some mentioned above. Also “think” Cyansky has one. But be careful, they won’t fit in every light. They are considerably longer than the typical cell, even protected cells.
Just curious, what makes you want this kind of cell?

Yeah they exist but spending the money on a better battery charger is probably money better spent . New chargers analyze, charge multiple chemistries, run tests, tell you general condition of cells , charge multiple and different types of cells at once , can charge at different rates … They are pretty cheap too and totally worth the investment ,especially considering the cost of disposable batteries like alkaline and the like . / last I looked alkaline batteries were almost $1 each . / sticker shock at the grocery store .
A good charger, some 18650’s and good lsd nimh ‘s will pay for themselves in no time .

The length issue alone is reason to avoid them not to mention that the cells are crazy overpriced . It seems like a neat idea except that to charge you still are taking it out of a light … and now having to wait hours before you can use the light . . Not half as handy as buying 3 cells for the same money and having two spares charged and ready to pop in and bingo . Let there be light .

Yeah… and the built in charge circuit is a point of failure. I have read several places where they just died. I only have two, in 21700. I had to get spacers so I could use “normal” cells.

That is why I asked the OP why he wanted such a cell.

Yeah, all my batteries (18650 - 21700 - 28650) are normal without a charging port, except my AA 1.5V Li-ion battery from Fenix for my Fenix E12 V2.0, i have two of them and plus i can use normal AA batteries… so im pretty good so far !
