Yep, I got that email, too.
Right now I’m only really interested in 5000 mAh 21700 cells, and they’re not on sale this time. 
Never mind the 40T, P28B are $5 each 
Good price. I already have a few though, and I pay for international shipping by weight, the 21700s add up quick. Plus I got enough $0.99 eve 20P’s I can build a fort of battery boxes and that’s where I live now
