200lm sustained medium mode light recommendations

200 lm sustained(1hr) medium mode on a 14500/AA. Firefly, strobe, good turbo, pocket clip, thinness; these are appreciated. Recommendations please. Thanks in advance.

SC53c N, acebeam pokelit?

Pokelit aa states 190 but only produces 150ish for some time, the Cu and Ti versions are worse, just 80ish. The new grey 1000lm has a good medium mode. tn12 pro has a 220lm medium for 9hrs. Obviously it’s 18650. But, I am considering it.
