24x1.5mm AR lenses?

I'm in desperate need of some good 24mm x 1.5mm AR lenses, to fit Roche F6 (and also a source for non-crap versions of the F6 too, if anybody can help). Can't find anything at all in the correct size.

Maybe???

How much tolerance? Flashlightlens has 22.61x1.85 and 22.4x1.85

Looks... expensive! Is that even applicable to flashlight use?

Nope, unless it was kept perfectly centered it would fall off one side of the o-ring (this light has the o-ring on a lip in the head, then the lens, then the bezel, no o-ring between lens & bezel like most other lights). Lens has to cover the whole o-ring or else it doesn't flatten out and seal correctly to the ID of the head.

Sorry, I was in a hurry.

And the 2nd @flashlightlens should have been the 24.7x1.85. Is there enough extra room? Grinding .7mm off should be doable, if tedious.

No, due to the o-ring/bezel design lens thickness can't be changed. It would need both a thinner o-ring and shaving down the bottom of the bezel (not enough threads on the bezel to make up the difference only in front of the lens). And the thinner o-ring part is what makes it not possible, that would shrink the available space between the LED shelf & lens, the F6 doesn't have a removable pill, it's all one piece. :(

With no o-ring in front of the lens (between bezel and lens) is it water tight? I found my 2 examples of EE X6 were not water tight at all without a o-ring there, had to end up moving it from the other side (stock location).

Ric CNQG) has a thread for requesting AR lens sizes. Tried that?

The o-ring setup is the same as a SRK. The bezel presses down on the lens, the lens squashes the o-ring down & outwards to seal against the ID of the head. Moving the o-ring to the other side would only seal the bezel to the lens.
