Ive seen a few people from Germany posting something like this, or additional fees for battery shipments. Maybe their courier is having issues shipping cells to Germany?

But somehow Banggood is fine with shipping batteries to Italy. That’s strange and nobody (not even the CS) is able tell the cause.
