i have no clue what Neal gets offered, but i think helping him with a number of needed cells he can get a better price for us. :)
I guesstimate that a price around US$ 5 is what we have to have in mind
please do not enter the list if you would not pay that worst case!
if it gets cheaper we will be happy, but i think as long as we do not accept dirty or 2nd grade cells its not realistic to hope for much less
