3x button cell replacement lithium

I’m hunting for a 3X button cell lithium replacement. The compartment is about 3/4” x 1/2”. So about 19mmx13mm. There’s some extra plastic that can be removed.

Any vendors you can point me to that sell oddly sized cells or lipo batteries I can fit in there? Figure I’ll mod one of the tiny charges to reduce the current appropriately for charging.

10180 would fit and is available, it is 18x10 mm.
