Is this the same Laser you posted on the Boise, Idaho Craigslist a month or two ago?
I think I dropped you and email about it. Ryan is right, probably not in this forum, and you will probably have to drop the price some. Here in this forum, most people are established well enough, that trust is no problem. Member ofter just offer a light, and another member just deposits the money in their PayPal, no problem. But with you being a Newbie to the forum, it is unlikely that someone would transfer 600 dollars to you. There may be some interest at 300, maybe 400, but still it is asking quite a bit to just send that amount to an unknown person.
Yes this is the same Laser, I finally followed your advice and got myself setup on this forum. I’d like to post on the laser pointer forum as well but it might take me some time to make 20 posts
I’d also be willing to drop the price, but only as far as $500, this laser is amazing and the only reason I’m selling it is because I don’t make enough money as a grad student and can’t justify owning such a nice laser if I don’t actually USE it frequently.
I’m including the expanded lens set which adds $50 to the price so it’s still $750 USD.
And you’re right I can’t offer a warranty, but I can offer cheaper, faster shipping (takes over a month to arrive from wicked lasers factory in china) which I think is definitely increased value, who wants to what over a month?
All in all you’d be paying HUNDREDS less than the retail price for the exact same product which is in perfect mint condition and has been used just enough to validate that it works like it’s supposed to. I’d say it’s a good deal, and honestly I’m sad to see it go, but grad student salaries just don’t pay enough to live off of these days.
