Just a quick note to say that the 3 terroid SRK driver works fine powering a 6x. I bypassed the 3 15k resistors they are marked 153. On these resistors the third number is the amount of zero’s. So 153 is 15,000. 154 would be 150,000 and so forth and so on.
If you have this driver and want to up your amps it’s a fairly simple mod to do if you have a soldering iron and very steady hands. There are exactly 3 of these tiny resistors on the driver. One is under the terroids but they can be carefully moved out of the way. You can replace the resistors to ones with less resistance or do like I did and simply solder a small piece of copper wire from one end of the resistor to the other to bypass the resistors.
This along with a tailcap spring mod and heavier wires doubled my lumens. I also de-domed the emitters and put them on sinkpads while I was at it.
Well where’s the beam shots or it didn’t happen.

I’ll post some later tonight for you. I have a few things to do and batteries to charge. I have a stock uniquefire 4x XM-L2 with a great reflector from wallbuys that I’ll take pics next to. It hasn’t gone under the knife yet.
My neighbors house, work in progress, nobody lives there. If anyone knows how to do the mouse over thing feel free to give it a shot. I have tried a couple times and gave it up.
