To me, it looks like garbage… I suspect non-replacable cells so not appealing to many here.
What I do find interesting is the plastic case on the terminals of the “smart jumper cable”. I assume there’s some electronics inside, according to the description it provides:
Spark Proof Protection, Reverse Polarity Protection, Short Circuit Protection, Over Current Protection, Over-Discharge Protection, Over Charge Protection, Self Discharging Protection, and Over Heat Protection.
Man, I want one of these modules, hook it up to a DIY pack of high discharge cells and you’d have a nice bit of kit. You could even just connect it to a charged 12v lead acid (assuming the jump start port on the flashlight is 12v) and you’d have a cheap jump starter with replaceable battery, with all those above benefits.

I would buy one if it was also a headlamp or of it had a clip that you can secure to your baseball hat. Pass.
This thing would give you a nasty neck ache in no time… besides would you put the cables under your hat ?? 
But something that is able to “actually” start my car… I guess I could not expect it to be used as a headlight…

Dude you are missing the point. Imagine working on your car, you go to start it. It does not start. You pull the light off your hat, connect it to the car battery. Then you start the car.
