IMRBatteries ships from Houston, TX - Less than 250 miles away. I am sure if you called them and requested expedited processing, they would try to oblige. 18650batterystore claims same day shipping out of GA, but I have found that orders are often shipped (versus the creation of a label) 1-2 days afterwards.

I’ve recently bought batteries from Illumn, Liion Wholesale, 18650batterystore, Orbtronic, and Killzone Flashlights.
Liion Wholesale ¶, Orbtronic (FL), and Killzone Flashlights (TX), were hands down the fastest to ship.
Two day delays, prior to shipping, from Illumn (CA), and 18650batterystore (GA).
I haven’t tried IMRBatteries out yet.
Every time I purchased from Craig my order was shipped in hours.I also have ordered from those stores and products got here fast as well. The last order I got from Illumn was made on a Monday morning it was shipped Monday afternoon and I received it Wednesday.

All of my 18650 and other li ion batteries come from Vinh at SkyLumen, and from Matt/vestureofblood at AdventureSport.
My most recent 16 x 18650 button top unprotected for two BLF GT94 came from Matt.

Illumn is a great first choice (if they happen to carry what you are looking for). I do appreciate them stocking popular KeepPower and Vapcell choices. A lot better than waiting three weeks from Ali 
How can you not be able to have something mailed to a address in Texas from a address in California. They both are still in the USA,right.I would be looking into that

Didn’t know there are Molicel M35A (3500mAh 18650) batteries, as I haven’t seen them listed in online stores that can ship to my country…
(added: just noticed Vapcell sells a “M35” 18650 battery which seems to be a rewrapped Molicell M35A)
Quick search indicates these are 10Amp (similar to Sanyo GA, LG MJ1 and comparable maybe to Samsung 35E and Tesla/Panasonic NCR18650BG).
Are there test reviews of the Molicell M35A already or is it a new model?

My fav Cell store by far is illumn, but IDK if their 1-week shipping to Texas is super expensive or not. I know they offer overnight mail or similar, but it’s like 25 bucks through USPS. Not their fault, but sooo expensive.
